Needles, Third Nipple & White Castle

Needles, Third Nipple & White Castle

I took my sweet ass time this morning and honestly… I ain’t even mad about it. It felt good.

I actually scored above a 90 on my Apple sleep score—y’all… I have cognitive insomnia. That doesn’t just happen.

Last night after yoga and posting my blog, I passed out and didn’t even realize I fell asleep. That’s how good the sleep was.

Like… my body just said “we’re done” and shut it down.

Did my makeup—for like the fourth time this week, second time full glam—and I just sat there like… oh. I’m becoming her.

Then I rolled right into my glow routine, hit my morning vlog, and headed out.

First stop—dry needling with Corey at TRIA Orthopedic Center in Burnsville.

I missed him. Like genuinely missed him. It felt so good to be back and getting my body back on track. Life happens, routines fall off, but getting back into alignment hits different.

From there I went to grab my retainers… that apparently have been sitting there ready for me.

Because somehow—some way—my phone number magically changed in their system after a year and a half.

Like… how does that even happen? 🤨

Whatever. Got them. Moving on.

I’m sitting there editing my vlog, getting it posted, handling life stuff—appointments with a lawyer, a banker, diving into the backend of Vagaro trying to fully update my business name.

And let me just say this real quick—changing a business name is a JOURNEY.

But I have zero regrets. Not one.

Then I look down at my nails and go… absolutely not.

So I go get them fixed—not my usual girl, but they’ll do for now because apparently I’m becoming high maintenance 😏

So we just go get it fixed, get it taken care of, and keep moving.

Head to the office—and I had one of the funniest little clients today.

This kid looks at me and goes,

“Lynette… I can actually breathe better. I was skeptical. I didn’t think you could do it.”

His dad and I lock eyes and immediately start dying laughing, and his dad goes,

“Yup… it’s a good thing you’re skeptical, son.”

And I’m just standing there like… mhmm 😏 told you.

It’s always the moments like that. The real-time proof. You can’t make that shit up.

Then—this one made me so happy—I have a client I’ve been seeing on and off for like eight years…

Now officially on a regular schedule.

Like… THIS is the goal.

That’s the energy.

Then my girlfriend comes in, we go live on TikTok and Facebook—of course with my usual glitches because why would anything ever run smooth? 😆

Did her first peel in the series—and y’all… I’m telling you, I absolutely love my product line.

She has sensitive skin, and her face was glowing. Smooth. This soft, beautiful pink to it.

Like… back when I was in school and she was my model, her skin would react so bad.

This time? Completely different.

The product line I chose—it hits different. It really does.

After the live, we go back in on the scar work I started weeks ago.

And I’m not even kidding—the difference already is insane.

She had major surgery, and the scar tissue was pulling everything tight—limiting movement, causing all kinds of issues.

So tonight we vacuum cupped first before going in and microneedling.

I can’t wait to see the difference.

She already has more mobility.

Watching the body respond like that… it never gets old.

Then because we’re clearly not done for the night 😏

We’re like… okay but what if we plasma fibroblast the third nipple.

Yes. You read that right.

One of her surgeries caused her to grow a THIRD. FREAKING. NIPPLE.

And I can’t wait to see the progress on this one.

Bye-bye, third nipple 😏

So now I’m heading home, and I see my kid and my dog outside.

Dog immediately loses his mind thinking we’re going for a car ride.

My son goes, “I want burgers.”

And naturally… we end up at White Castle.

Why White Castle?

I have absolutely no idea.

But I’m gonna be honest…

It hit. 😂

Sometimes your body just wants weird food, and today was one of those days.

Before I go—here are two things I’m using at home right now for self-care:

This neck massager pillow with heat… listen, this thing hits. Especially after long days, it just gets in there and does its thing. I don’t have to think, I just lay there and let it work.

And I’ve been reading The Light Eaters… which honestly has me looking at everything a little differently. If you know, you know.
