Peptides, Noodles, and Four Generations
A Day in the Life of a High-Frequency Healer
They say life doesn’t come with a manual…
but some days definitely come with a plot twist.
Today just happened to include a borrowed car and a slightly unhinged dog.
If you had told me this morning—as I was fueling up on my Glow Getter and getting ready for NAD+ day—that the night would end with my “little bird” cleaning her plate at Noodles…
I would’ve said the mitochondria were working overtime.
But here we are.
This is today’s weird shit.
Borrowed Cars & Emotional Support Dog
Car’s still in the shop… so I’m in my mom’s vehicle.
And Parker?
Fully convinced this car is haunted.
The side-eye. The hesitation. The full-body “I don’t trust this dimension” energy.
We got Evan to college.
Parker survived the ride.
And I stepped into my who I am energy for the day.
The Work That Hits Different
My first client of the day reminded me exactly why I do this.
After her session, she looked at me and said,
“I am fully energized… like I just crossed the finish line of running a marathon.”
And honestly… that’s exactly what it is.
That moment when the body finally lets go—
when the nervous system exhales—
you can literally feel it happen.
The Shift You Can’t Fake
After that session, I finally had a second to pause.
Evan was home from college—
and it was his turn for his methylcobalamin.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that… I noticed it.
Something clicked.
Not loud. Not dramatic.
Just a quiet shift into handling things.
While I was with my first client,
he took Parker out—without being asked.
And sent me a picture…
Parker walking, bone in his mouth like he won something.
That moment right there?
You don’t teach that.
You don’t force it.
It just shows up one day… and you realize they got it.
Back in Motion
From there—it was right back into the flow.
House call for a client with a sick daughter.
Different space, same work, same presence.
Then back to the spa for a full 90-minute session where we finally hit that deeper layer.
Those are the sessions you don’t rush.
You just meet people where they’re at…
and let it unfold.
And somehow, I’m working on the whole family now.
Those are my people.
The 21st Birthday & The “Little Bird” Win
Dinner tonight hit different.
My aunt and brother surprised my son and I
and showed up to join us for dinner.
Just like that… the table filled.
You could feel it right away—
that pull, that connection, that family magnet energy.
My son, me, my mom, and my grandma.
Four generations… sitting at one table.
Evan picked Noodles & Company—
not because it’s flashy…
but because my grandma could actually eat there.
That alone says everything.
My grandma—I call her my “little bird.”
I always make sure to get something she’ll eat…
because even if she doesn’t order,
she’ll eat for me.
No teeth. Mouth always sore.
Eating is hard for her.
But tonight?
She ate.
Not just a few bites…
her whole plate.
The Final Frequency
Four generations.
Same table.
Different chapters.
No big breakthrough moment.
No dramatic turning point.
Just real life… lining up in a way you can actually feel.
And honestly?
That’s the kind of “weird shit” I’ll take every time.
